Looking forward to another successful and informative SFPDAG -IN-PERSON meeting on October 12th @ 1:30pm at the Rock Steady Gym located at 2019 Galisteo Street Suite #B-2 in the Galisteo Center Office Park.
This will be another “open discussion” meeting – the experts are in the room! Bring your topics and concerns to share with the group. BUT FIRST, we will have a presentation from StretchLab Santa Fe on the benefits of Stretching! Two representatives will be discussing what offerings there are at StretchLab and how it can benefit your body! The presentation will only take about 10 minutes, with 10 minutes of guided stretches to practice at home and then the Q&A part. The rest of the meeting will be open mic.
