Gatherings for Care Partners

The Santa Fe PD Action Group hosts a monthly Zoom gathering especially for Care Partners. These meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, from 2:00pm to 3:00pm Mountain time. The meeting will be shown in our events calendar.
The care partners gathering is a facilitated discussion among the attendees. The group’s motto is: “The experts are in the room.” If you are a care partner, please join the gathering and bring your questions, your concerns, and your best advice!
To get access to the Zoom call, you must join our Care Partners mailing list. The access link to the call is sent out 24 hours before the meeting.
